At Cutis Elit, we strive to deliver your premium skincare products quickly, reliably, and with full transparency. Please review the shipping details below.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM Mountain Time (MT) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM MT will be processed the following business day.

Order Processing & Handling Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended by an additional business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery. Economy Shipping typically takes 5–8 business days and is free. Standard Shipping typically takes 3–4 business days and costs $6.90. Delivery time is the total of processing time plus transit time. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours of shipment.

Customs, Duties, & Taxes

Cutis Elit is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed during or after shipping. All such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at cutiselit@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all original packaging materials and provide photos of the damaged item or items to assist with the claim.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to meet all stated delivery timelines, Cutis Elit is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
