Refund policy

At Cutis Elit, we stand behind the quality of our skincare products. All times referenced in this policy are based on Mountain Time (MT). Please review our return and refund policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare products, all sales are final once opened or used. Returns are accepted only if the product arrived damaged, the product is defective, or an incorrect item was received. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Return Timeframe

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this 7-day period may not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at cutiselit@gmail.com within the return timeframe and include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging if applicable. Do not send items back without prior approval, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error, including damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Return Shipping Costs

If a return is approved due to damage, defect, or an incorrect item, Cutis Elit will cover the return shipping cost. For any other approved return scenarios, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If a replacement is approved due to damage or defect, it will be shipped at no additional cost.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Cutis Elit is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you believe your package was lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can assist with a carrier investigation.
